Can I get a refund?
At this time we are not accepting returns, so please read the products description carefully. However, if you receive the wrong product or a damaged product please contact us, so we can either fix your order or give you a refund.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are made to order. Depending on your order it should take 1-5 days to make, 1-5 days for your order to be processed, and 3-5 days for your items to be shipped. However, if demand is high production may be delayed.
What are your shipping options?
Standard Shipping (3-5 days), Priority Shipping (1-2 days), Express Shipping (Overnight).
How do I track my order?
We have you covered! Please allow 1-5 days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you containing your order's information and tracking information. Also, please allow 1-2 business days for your shipment details to update.
What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Most of the time you may have misspelled your email. We send out an email as soon as purchases are made. If this is the case please send us an email with your information and we will help resolve your issue.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to make any changes or cancel to an order. However, you can still contact us to see if we can resolve your order. We are also not accepting returns at this time, so please read the product's description carefully.
What if my order has not been delivered?
If you have not received your order, try contacting your carrier about your order. If you still need assistance after contacting your carrier feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not ship internationally, but we are working towards it for the near future.

Shipping
Allow 1-5 business days for your product to be processed and another 3-5 business days to receive your product.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to high production or your order size.
If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
